The Weedlings began as a simple thought,  what if the most overlooked things in the world were actually the most magical?
These small, dandelion-inspired creatures became symbols of resilience, reminding us that what’s dismissed as a weed is often just a wish waiting to bloom. Through strategic storytelling, I developed the Weedlings as a character universe for One Simple Wish, a nonprofit helping children in foster care.
Together, we designed not just characters, but a movement, one that celebrates the beauty in being seen, chosen, and loved. That’s the power of character IP done right: it doesn’t just represent your brand, it represents your belief.
