Behind the Beard: The Story of Two Santas, a Green Screen, and the Birth of the Holiday Cheer Calendar

There are moments in life when you look back and realize, This is where the magic actually began.

Today, as I finished uploading the YouTube video and podcast episode, I felt that truth settle into my chest. Because this conversation, this interview with my two Santa Clauses, is the heartbeat behind the Holiday Cheer Calendar.

Most people, when they see the polished version of a project, assume it began with a budget, a team, or a studio. But the truth is simpler. More tender. More human.

It started with a tripod, a green screen, and two men who deeply believe in the spirit of Santa Claus.

When we pressed record that first day, none of us knew we were building something that would go on to bring laughter, connection, and joy to corporate teams around the world. We just knew it felt right, that the world needed something light, warm, and hopeful again.
