The Girl Scouts DreamLab: Where Imagination Meets Impact

There are moments on this journey, this wild, heart-led, global adventure I’m calling the Companies With Character World Tour, when I walk into a space and instantly feel something whisper:

“Yes. This is what the world needs more of.”

That’s exactly what happened the moment I stepped inside the Girl Scouts DreamLab in Denver.

From the outside, it looks like a modern community hub. But inside?
It feels like stepping into the heartbeat of the future, a future where creativity, confidence, innovation, and imagination weave together to create something truly extraordinary.

And it all started with a warm conversation with Bailey, the general manager, whose passion for this space radiates in every corner of the lab.

A First of Its Kind and a First on My World Tour

The Girl Scouts DreamLab is the first and only one in the world.
Let that sink in.

A space intentionally designed for:

• children

• teens

• parents

• entrepreneurs

• creatives

• community leaders

• dreamers

• doers

A space where the act of creating and the act of becoming can coexist.

You can walk from a podcast studio to a fireplace lounge, from a collaboration table to a creativity bin bursting with ideas, and it all flows together with this sense of possibility that settles into your skin the moment you enter.

It’s not just a place.
It’s a mindset.
It’s a permission slip.
It’s a spark.

And it’s exactly what our world needs right now.

Why This Space Struck Me So Deeply

When you’re an entrepreneur, especially one building from your heart, it’s easy to get swept up in:

• deadlines

• bills

• pressure

• output

• productivity

• expectations

We forget that business is, at its core, an act of creation.

And creation?
Creation is PLAY.

It’s the soul expressing itself.
It’s curiosity coming alive.
It’s possibility taking shape.

The DreamLab reminded me, in the most beautiful way, that:

And somewhere along the way, so many of us forget that.

Walking through the DreamLab, watching kids light up as they explored different stations, watching adults quietly reconnect with their own inner spark, I remembered why I do what I do.

Not just to pitch.
But to ignite something in people.

Something playful.
Something creative.
Something brave.
Something magical.

How DreamLab Is Inspiring the Future of My Work

This wasn’t just a feature.
This was a reminder.

A reminder of what’s possible when we give people a space to:
